We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-returnable Items<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items are not eligible for return:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intimate wear or sanitary textiles<\/li>\n\n<li>Customized or personalized garments<\/li>\n\n<li>Items that have been worn, washed, or altered<\/li>\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements for Return<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To process a return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partial Refunds<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted, including:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Items showing obvious signs of wear or use<\/li>\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error<\/li>\n\n<li>Items returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund, please:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Re-check your bank account.<\/li>\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.<\/li>\n\n<li>Contact your bank regarding any processing delays.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have done all of the above and still haven\u2019t received your refund, please reach out to us at <strong><a>info@allu.lk<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale Items<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at <strong><a>info@allu.lk<\/a><\/strong> and send your item to the address below.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Shipping<\/h4><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, please mail it to:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Allu.lk<\/strong><br>92\/4 Poompugar Road,<br>Poompugar, Batticaloa,<br>Eastern, Sri Lanka.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
