Overview

At Allu.lk, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate wear or sanitary textiles
  • Customized or personalized garments
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

Requirements for Return

To process a return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted, including:

  • Items showing obvious signs of wear or use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund, please:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank regarding any processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@allu.lk and send your item to the address below.

To return your product, please mail it to:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
